Return Policies:

There is a 7 day return policy with the following conditions:
You may choose to exchange your item or request a store credit.)
Absolutely No Payment Refunds Will Be Issued.
We do not offer payment refunds to keep our cost down so we can keep our prices the lowest.

Please Note: Due to the personal nature of the items sold on our site, toys will
not be accepted for return. Items other than toys will only be accepted in there
original & unopened package.

This includes, but is not limited to, Anal Toys, Bondage Equipment, Clone A Willy
Kits, Dildos, Harness, Lingerie, Love Dolls, Love Kits, Lubes,
Penis Extensions & Pumps, Perfume, Stimulators, Vaginas, and Vibrators.
(All items are quality-checked before dispatched.)

We do not exchange or issue store credits on Multimedia items such as DVD's
and Videos from our customer unless factory sealed.
(Due to the ease of duplication and customer's faulty equipment risk.)

Remember Absolutely no exchanges or store credit on opened items!

Manufacturer Defects:  In case of a manufacturer's defect please refer to the
manufacturer's warranty if applicable.
(We are not responsible for a manufacturer's defect after you use it.)

All items are carefully inspected before we ship them out.
However, we do realize that an occasional faulty item will get through our inspection.
UNUSED product with a GENUINE OBVIOUS manufacturing fault will be exchanged.

Before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be
sure you received the correct product and version.


Return & Exchange Procedure:

All returns must be authorized before sending.
Contact us via the email or phone before returning any item.
Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Include a copy of your invoice that came with your product(s).
Goods must be returned by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
(The restocking fee is in place to keep Customers from abusing the return

NOTE: Any discount being offered at time of return is not valid with store credit
that is issued.

Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
Exchanges and Store Credits will be the original amount minus any shipping.
Exchanges and Store Credits are issued within 7 to 10 business days of receiving
the return and
only after the item(s) have been inspected.
If any item(s) is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used or if
item is opened it will be destroyed.
We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be
unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or the customers own making.
