My credit card is charged but i haven't received my order?
Out of stock items may take additional time to ship.
Items may be in stock at the time you placed order, however items may become out of
stock when order is to be filled.
Often items may be discontinued by our distributor/manufacturer without notice.
In this case you will be refunded for the discontinued item.

I do not want my kids to see the shipment, what should I do?
We ship everything in a plain box. There are no catalog and no pictures. There are no
display of anywhere that it is from DoUWant2Play.com. Everything is done as discreet as

Your cvv code and card expiration date must match what's on your credit card.

After several credit card verification errors, I see charges from your company in my
debit/credit card account, but my order hasn't gone through yet.
What are the charges for?
What you see in your debit/credit card account is authorization requests only. Our system
checks the billing address and cvv code to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent purchase
attempt. When we make the authorization request, it shows on your account sometimes
(mostly on debit card accounts). However, that request will never be credited from your
account. It will disappear within 5 business days. If you have any doubts or worries, please
call your bank and ask them the difference between authorization/hold requests and billing
requests.

In the mean time, if you want your order to pass through, make sure you use the correct
billing address and make sure your cvv code ( last 3 digits on the back of credit card ) and
card expiration date match your card.
